Throughout this last quarter, we have been studying about the cicada species Brood X, which is the species of cicadas that happens to come out this year. They come out every seventeen years, and this is the year! Around this time we would usually be studying Baltimore in language arts and science and putting information we learn into the web pages that we learn how to make in tech class. But this year is different. Since cicadas are part of Baltimore and the rest of the east coast, we decided to make our web pages about cicadas, which we know all about.On this website you will look at my cicada sci-fi story that I wrote, a picture of the cicada life cycle, and many more interesting facts that we have learned about these little critters!
