This is my pop-art print of the Baltimore Aquarium Dolphins. I made this in my Art History Class. My class had made pop-art about Baltimore, because we were studying Baltimore in all of our classes. I chose to do the dolphins in the Baltimore Aquarium. The reason why I chose to do these dolphins is because dolphins are my favorite animals. Making pop-art prints is fun and easy. This is how I made my pop-art print: I first took a small square of rubber. I then gouged out my drawing, with a gouging tool, of the dolphins (I had to gouge the letters in backwards, if you don't, the letters will turn out backwards). Next I filled some trays with different colors of ink. I took a roller and put one in each tray. I rolled the rubber with ink and next I took a sheet of paper and I put the rubber on it face down so that the ink side was on the paper. I then let it dry. Now this is the finished piece:
