is a tool that you can use to help you narrow down the best search
engines and online databases for your research. NoodleTools also has a helpful page called "Choose
the Best Search for Your Information Needs". This page recommends
search engines or online databases to use according to the kind of
information you are trying to find.

Nets for Better Searching is a webquest by Bernie Dodge at San
Diego State University. This activity will help you learn how to
use Google Advanced Search to make your searches more effective.

tips on searching, tutorials, and reviews and ratings of different
search engines.
